Illegal Pete’s is bringing their customizable entrées, signature queso, and house-made margaritas to this new location that is outfitted in the east side of the former Gold’s Market grocery space. Illegal Pete’s focuses on handmade food, crafted with responsibly sourced, high-quality ingredients, as well as a full bar featuring local craft beers.

Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli at Gold’s Marketplace is bringing a traditional Brooklyn-style delicatessen sandwich shop to the heart of Wheat Ridge. You can choose from a lineup of signature sandwiches or build your own at Heidi's Brooklyn Deli. Try the pastrami, corned beef, turkey, tuna and more in sandwiches, wraps and salads. Also available are smoothies, brownies and other baked desserts. Eight flavors of fresh baked breads include ciabatta, pumpernickel, rye, sourdough, whole wheat, Italian and French hoagies. And don't forget to try the deli-style sides: potato salad, cole slaw, chips, soups and salads.

Rich Spirit Bagels - Now Open!
Rich Spirit will be a spin-off of Bakery Four, a whole grain focused naturally leavened bakery located in the heart of Tennyson Street in Northwest Denver. Rich Spirit will focus on bagels and customers can expect to see the same classic offerings Bakery Four now has on its menu, like bagels, sesame bagels, and salty bagels, as well as some more creative flavors the bakery is testing, including green chili, cheddar, or cinnamon crunch.
Bakery Four was started by Shawn Bergin as a cottage food business in October of 2019 and proudly uses Cairnspring Mills and Camas Country flour, french sel gris sea salt, Isigny St Mere butter, and Valrhona Chocolate. Each component of every product is crafted from scratch each morning before the sun comes up.
